Re: Is there a menu option called "All Topics"? One Member claims his menu has it in place of New Topic.

Is it in English or in another language? If the latter, it could be a translation issue. A screenshot showing the left side menu, as Frances suggests, would be useful. Or, if the member doesn¡¯t know how to do that, maybe you could ask them to list the items in that menu. Also, you can tell them that the icon for it is a square with a pencil coming from the top right corner.
