Hello everyone
I work with Steven and I'm the other person that was unable to create the required subgroup today until tonight when it suddenly and inexplicably worked.
I'm 99% sure that I did nothing different tonight to earlier today and we've both managed to create subgroups in the past, so I'm going to put this down to a glitch of some sort that seems to have cleared itself up in the course of the day.
