I am unsure why you are typing an email address. If are replying to a group message via email then just clicking Reply in your email client is all that should be needed. If you wish to send a private reply, then you can use the Reply to Sender link in the email footer.? If you are replying via the Groups.io website, then use the
To dropdown just above the subject line.
If you have a member who claims not to be receiving messages posted to the group by someone else, then check their email delivery history via their membership record.? If Groups.io says it has delivered it, then it's between that member with the missing message and their email provider.

PS. It can really help if you quote some of the relevant text from the message you are replying to.? Just highlight the text you wish to quote before clicking Reply.
