You can ban someone as described in the Owner's Manual.? If your groups have restricted membership you can also choose whether to allow posts from non-members or not. Posts from non-members will be held for moderation so you can filter them out that way.? This is also covered in the Owner's Manual.? Each group is a separate entity so you need to apply changes to each one.
