There is a problem with the TenTecEagle group and I'm hoping for suggestions.

The owner of the group, Gary K0DVN, is unfortunately deceased. So no new member applications to join this group are being approved.
?
Is there someway to reset the group ownership and assign a new owner? I am currently not a member since I can't get approved.
?
Any help would be appreciated.
