Under Administration there is a section called: Activity
That is where I would like to take out very old messages
If I can.? Hope I explained it better this time.

I am sure you must have a reason but why do you "clean out" any
messages? they don't take up storage room, and clearing messages from a
group does nothing to those subscribers who have received those messages
?
And if you clear out and leave just two pages, what do you mean by "Back
activity"?
