cheers i went and checked after id sent this email and saw that id selected that option, dont mind people going special notices cos then they at least get things you want them to like fact moving to io

In the Message Policies section of each group's Settings page there's a "Disable No Email" checkbox for group admins that feel the way you do. Of course, the members can still choose Special Notices.
