I created a message to my trial group. The first time I posted it, the message showed up in my site message list, but did not go out as an email. I have set that topics must include a hashtag, and in the first iteration, I added the hashtag behind the subject. That post required me to approve it, which I did. It came up in my messages, but without a corresponding email to members.
When I reposted the message placing the hashtag at the front of the subject, the post and email went through correctly to all members.
Must the hashtag come first, before the subject?
