Many email apps, for some reason, place the
Delete and
Spam/Junk
buttons right next to each other, it's easy to accidentally hit the
wrong one, I've done that before, but most likely the ISP did it.?
One suggestion, you should check your spam/junk folder maybe once a
week and if you see any messages from groups.io in there mark them
as not-spam/junk, and if this doesn't move them to the inbox, do it
manually.? That should help train the filter to not put them there.?
Also add groups.io or actual group address in your Safe Sender List
or whitelist, that can also help.
The
other owner has now reinvited me and will soon make me an owner
again.
You already have another/backup owner so you're already ahead on
this, but you can also add another email address of yours as another
owner for your own immediately-available backdoor to the group when
things go wrong.
