Has your member tried the Email Me A Link to Log In?
Works like a charm, as long as cookies don't clear it away on her device.

If your member uses more than one device or browser (say Safari and Chrome), she must do the Email me a link to log in on each device and browser. But start with one!

Here is the link she can use - the easy way! She may have to check her junk mail or spam folder for the reply email.
