I already have a second account which I have set for digest so I can see what that looks like and a few other tests, but will subscribe it as a second owner on all groups I have

You should do that anyway (always have a second owner account) just in case something goes wrong with the first account/address, so there's a backup way to get to the group admin area.? Some folks have found this out the hard way!
