Ok, I did determine that I had not set it correctly to receive the pending messages. My apologies regarding that point.

However, the larger issue still stands. I am not receiving the email the subscriber sent as part of their application.? Not in my email notification of the pending subscription, nor in the?+ owner messages section of the?website.

Generally, the individual would send a message to?[email protected]?with some specified questions answered.? I'm not seeing that anywhere even in my test messages where I know I provided that?information in the email.

My understanding of how this works is evidently not clear.? Is it possible for the subscription email to include an 'application' that would be seen by the approving moderators?? If so, how would that be set up?

BTW, the Pending Subscription notice and the Confirm Email notice are sent at the same time.? If they haven't yet confirmed their email address, they'll show up with an NC next to their name in your Pending Members page.

I'm going to debate this point as in my tests, they do not show up in the pending member?list until AFTER they have replied to the Confirm Email notice.
