Thanks Bruce -- I did log in under the fivestar address, and went
to Nutrition Reports. There is no "Owner" tag next to the Home
button. What should I do next?

Well Kathrynne, the first thing is to prioritize things. Try to
focus on doing things in this order:
1. Regain control of your group(s)
2. Download group content
3. Change your email address.
Your email suggests that you're trying to do all of these things
at the same time. You're unlikely to meet with any success using
that approach.
Focusing on Step 1...it sounds as if you own these groups under
the fivestar address. Log in under that address and browse to one
of your groups. There should be a baby-blue "Owner" tag next to
the Home button at top left. Please do that and report back on
whether this tag appears or not.
