The file is not large, less that 500kb and in pdf format. And the group is a premium group.
We are nowhere near the maximum file space allocated for files, using 3% of the space. It seems that some members are not seeing the New/Upload button, while the others don't have a problem. Members have permission create folders and view and upload files.
It's a puzzle!
