As I understand it, the canned text is there due to local laws in some jurisdictions, but it would be a lot less confusing to be able to put our own text at the top, if nothing else than to explain the existence of the text below.?
Better would be allow us to customize or eliminate the canned text, presumably at our own peril if such be the case.? Given that we are inviting a specific set of recipients to receive the message, it would be our responsibility, and within our capability, to verify compliance with local laws in such cases.
