agreed 2 out of 100 is totes fine by me. All families are told they will be invited to the group...but then again there are plenty who skim emails or check out all together. Thanks again everyone for your feedback.

As it was, they both ended up in the group, right? If you've only had this "problem" with two people out of 100, I'd say you're doing very well.?
