A member contacted me saying she can't access any longer the group via web.
She used to access the group web interface without any problem, but now she can only view the group homepage and can't click on any link.
The group does not show in her "Your Groups" list, but she regularly receives mails from the group and her account is not bouncing.
She tried to logout and then login again, but nothing changed.
How can I help her?
