i don't understand what you:te saying here.? Due to what?? They srnd me rmail saying that they eould have attended an event IF ONLY they knew about it but they never got the measeage.? i'm asking for help in determining WHY they don't get yhe Special Notices.? They DO get other rmails from the group as well as replies to yhe announcements. All of which come from single email afdress TO dingle email address.??

Have you checked the Activity for a member after they complain??

Could it be due to that?
