Bouncing", because that is what a red (or blue) B means. Which colour it is depends on whether Groups.io has determined that the Bounce is "permanent" or not.
And no; other then send the members concerned a Bounce Probe there is nothing you can do about it. Have a look at their
Email Delivery Histories.
