You could set up a member notice of either type Group Guidelines or Monthly Reminder.? They can be set to be sent as Special notices.? You could then verify the attributes of the associated hashtag, #guidelines-notice or #monthly-notice, to make sure the Topic Duration is set to One Month (or something else if you prefer).? You may also want to check the other attributes, such as Use by Mods Only or the tag color.? What will happen is that the notice will be sent out as a Special message on the first of the month, creating a new topic.? Later that day, the previous topic will be deleted because the hashtag duration will expire.?
