I have not seen this mentioned yet, but if you log into your groups.io account, it should put you in
/groups That page shows a listing of all the groups you belong to. Is that page also missing the groups which are missing in the pull-down menu (with silhouettes of 3 busts )you mentioned?
If the groups are missing from both places then like others have mentioned, search the groups.io for the names of those groups and see what shows up.
