If you really completed an address change on your existing account, posts wouldn't be going to the old address anymore.

already have an account before you started this process? If so, you may have
merged the accounts instead of simply changing email addresses.
At this point I suggest you try to log in under the old address and see if you can still access your Owner functions. It would be unwise to recommend a course of action until we know where you currently are.
