I have just posted a message to one of my groups with a picture, when I double-click on the pic, it brings it up in Preview. If you right-click or control-click you get a menu one of which is ¡°Open with¡± there a number of options in there, one of which shoud suffice??
It would be useful to see the message ¡ so I can test what you are trying to do.

Annick, you replied that files are PDFs and these should open on a Mac computer and iPad. I am reposting your member's full query in hopes that someone else can help.?I wonder about the printing issue.
About the last question - being brought to a list of groups when the member clicks on a link in a message - I think it is because your member is not logged into and / or deletes her browser cookies if not using a password.
