Terry -- I don't see it that way. Bouncing members can be easily found by selecting Bouncing from the blue pull-down menu at upper left.
Of course, to determine if an account is actually bouncing, you first have to send it something.

Depends on what you mean by a "failure." Depending on the group's purpose, someone who is lurking without making any contribution to the group could be legitimately culled as deadwood. A statistical summary of group activity by member ("posts in the past 180 days" or something of that nature) would be welcome addition to the Member List. Perhaps other mechanisms could be made available.
But I'm just a group owner, like yourself. Any actual suggestion should be taken to Mark.?
