The notion that groups.io should maintain a database of every email address that has ever sent a message to a group -- spam or otherwise -- on the premise that some of them might someday subscribe does not strike me as very reasonable. But Mark [Fletcher] may see things differently, and only his opinion matters. You can make this suggestion by posting it to the beta group ().
