Hi Win

I use Thunderbird (78.4.0 (32 bit)) I confess I have never used the reply to sender in the footer, if I want to reply to the sender only, their email address is available (as yours is) in the From line

So I simply copy that and paste into the reply

I use the Thunderbird "Reply" function to reply to the group, but unless I know the email address of the sender or have it in my address book, I have to go to my group's membership list to get the address to be able to reply to the Sender.
I'm glad it isn't just me... lol.. I'll have to put up with it till TB gets their act together...
