I am a member of several groups. I would like to have a different
email addres for each group.
As Bruce said, you can: with a separate Groups.io account for each address.

There is no way to manage subscriptions under different email addresses within one Groups.io account, if that's what you were looking for. Each subscribed address is treated as a separate person.
