Those messages contain system generated hashtags such as #cal-invite, #cal-reminder, #cal-notice and in the most part, I would say, are generated by the system itself so it sort of makes sense that they have the <listname> identifier. If they have the right permissions, one member can put an event on the calendar and list someone else in the Organiser Name field in the event details. Which name would you expect to appear in those cases?? I can't say that I've ever noticed a problem with those names being cached. Do you have specific examples?
