Lots of people threaten things and fail to follow through. The classic wisdom is that "anyone can sue anybody for anything," but whether they will?

Most of tort law for online forums relates to
allowing?defamatory material to appear. Generally, the plaintiff would have to demonstrate some form of hardship
being imposed upon him by your actions, and correlate that directly into some kind of $$$ figure. Failing to provide a forum for any rant or rave that pops into his head does not meet this definition...failing to allow him to respond to defamatory comments made about him by others might.
