Not everyone is ignored, only those that don't own a paid group, from which Mark earns his living.? By my most recent estimate, there are almost 4.9 million user accounts on groups.io, so it makes sense to me that Mark can't be expected to interact with each one individually.? IMO, I'd rather be ignored completely than get a canned response, as Yahoo usually sent, that has nothing to do with my concern/question.
