I can't even get to see any members

You'll have to help us help you. Imagine we're blind and you have to describe everything to us. We sort-of are blind, in that we can't see what you've tried nor what your screen is showing.

Is there a list of group names there?
If so, is the group you're talking about in that list?
If so, are there any badges like "Owner" or "Mod" after the group name?
If so, what are they?
