It impressed me, too, so much that I almost posted on beta thanking Mark for it. :-)
The members' Activity Pages are invaluable, also. Yes, the feature "almost" makes up for not being able to search on a member's posts - the operative word being "almost," since only moderators can do this. I'd sometimes like to be able to find all of a member's posts in a group where I'm not the owner.
