Carla,

I'm Owner of a Group and created a Sub-Group. How do I make a Member
of my Group a Moderator of the Sub-Group?
First that person needs to be a member of the subgroup. Which is something you can achieve by multiple means.

Once that's the case, go to the Members list in the subgroup's pages. There you can change that subgroup member's Role to Moderator.

In other words, it works just as it does in the primary group, but from within the subgroup's pages.
