I am no longer an owner, for some reason, therefore, don't have administrative options.? How do I fix that?

When you say, "can't get in", I assume you mean that you can't go to your group homepage on .

Check that you are using the correct email address. Look at the footer of a recent email from your group and use that.
Check also in your spam if you aren't receiving any mail from
