Restrict the File Notification option #files

 

Is there an ability to restrict the visibility of the File Notification checkbox to maybe just the Moderators.
I want my members to have the ability to add files but I don't want everyone to have the ability to check the File Notification checkbox.
Is this possible? or can this be a future enhancement?
