They both say to "Save" or "Keep" messages marked as Spam,
but conflict as to whether to "Enable Spam filtering" or not.
My experience is that Comcast's Spam filtering should not be enabled, and messages marked as Spam should be kept.
Comcast is my provider, and I use Apple Mail.
I have Comcast/XFinity set to "Keep" and have "Enable Spam filtering" unchecked as Mark's 2018-01-09 beta message recommends.
I haven't 'missed' Groups.io messages from any of the groups I own via Comcast
(I checked my Email Delivery History logs - I also receive them at a least one other email address from different providers)
Some 2019-07-28 & 29 beta & GMF messages were throttled, but delivered.
However 2 GMF messages (Jan 13 & Jan 23) did bounce mx2.comcast.net: 550 5.1.0 Invalid sender domain
