What I have seen some groups do?so member's email addresses are hidden, is all email and replies go to the group's owner.
?
Then the group's owner forwards the mail to the group.
?
So the only email address that will be known to members would be the owner's email address.

In summary, I don't see anything wrong with wanting to always hide personal emails of some or all subscribers, if that's the policy the group owner prefers.
No one said there's anything wrong with it, it just can't be done.? There have been several long discussions on the about having anonymous groups where no one knows anyone else's email address.? That would be the place to voice any support since Mark monitors that group.? To date, nothing has been done, so it's either not a high priority or it's very complicated.? As I see it, GIO would have to become an email forwarding/return service and I don't believe that's in Mark's plans, but only he knows for sure.? It's an email group site and works very well for that.
