Kathleen -- Is the Calendar missing entirely on her computer? What screen resolution is she using? Is the Add Event button missing? Does she click the button and nothing happens? Can she open the add event page and fill out the fields but it doesn't save?
Need more info on what is/is not happening...perhaps including a screenshot.
