a)? If you have the mbox file from the Yahoo Get My Data request, GIO can do it (after you pay for the Annual Premium group.)? That would also require contacting support.? It shouldn't take long at all once it gets started, but there may be a short delay to get started.
b)? Only support can answer that.? This is a user-to-user group, so no one from GIO management is here.
