Hi Janel,
Just a guess - has the user logged out and logged in again since you made him moderator? I can imagine that the moderator settings only become effective after a fresh login.

I changed one of my group members to moderator in order to help manage the group if I'm not available.? A request from a new person came through to join the group but when he clicks on the "View Member List" in order to approve them, he receives an error message that he doesn't have permission to view members.? I've tried with a few different requests in case it was a glitch but he still can't view the member list in order to approve/reject a request.? His permissions are set as follows:

Does anyone know why he can't view the member list?? Is there another setting I need to look at or modify?
