I am picking up this thread fro August last year as I now find I have a member with a non-functioning email address (yahoo.com!). I am an owner of a premium group and I understand from this message thread that I should have the ability to change this member's email address. I have her permission to do so. From what she has told me she has never accessed the groups.io website so has probably never set up a password.
I have got her membership record on screen and replaced her yahoo.com email address with her preferred one. When I click Save, the yahoo.com email address reappears with a message in red saying the email address is not valid.
What am I doing wrong/what is the solution please?
