It would be interesting to know how Yahoo did this. That was one thing that worked very well. Clicking on the little download icon on a thumbnail image would bring up the file saving dialog. It took very little effort to save photos from the web site.

Yes, that's the way it works here.? At one time, it was changed to attempt to actually download a photo, but it broke most (all?) of the browsers that use the Firefox base, so was reverted to this version.
