Lisa, what had you done?
Did you start the transfer progress? i.e. pay for a transfer to Groups.io, send an invitation to the transfer email address, make the transfer email address a moderator? Just wondering whether perhaps Mark (Groups.io) has your data and hasn't assigned it to your group in Groups.io. If you didn't actually trigger the transfer, you have still have some options.? See?
