Laurie -- I'm going to assume that you actually banned them. If you've done something else...a posting override or something like that...let us know.

In the member list (Admin>Members), pull down the blue Members menu at top left and select Banned. On the resulting screen, tick the box next to that person's name and select "unban" from the Actions menu at the bottom of the page.
