Thanks, Shal. Somewhere along the way, my mind had separated this into 2 issues. The first being corrective action and the second being a possible mechanism that may (or may not) have been in place to match the email address that was registered to the email address being used to register.?
I have a handle on the corrective action so no need to elevate it to Mark yet. I am not sure however of the later; whether or not a mechanism was in place that should have caught the descrepancy. If there was a mechanism that "failed", to me that would be a bug report.?
I realize Mark handles both so it make sense to post both issues in one place, Support.?
I have hope that she can correct it herself. She emailed me tonight that she is going to log in and attempt to correct it tomorrow. Crossing my fingers.?
