I have just been told that $220 is required to proceed with the transfer of our Board group. This is to be a sub of our main group. It is about 20 members of our main group who are also the Board of Directors of the organization. We have already paid $220!
I created the sub-group a couple of weeks ago with myself as the sole member. I changed the name of the sub-group to "Board" and went on with the transfer yesterday..
Now the system says we owe $220 more. What can we do to correct the error of misinterpretation of our intent? We have struggled for 2 weeks which may be the reason for the disconnect.
