Dan, have you paid for the entire year? You can't pay it monthly for a transfer. I paid $220 for the transfer.? It? was a week ago, think I did? it right.

Secondly, I am assuming that you are an owner or moderator with the status to promote the transfer email address to moderator. Quite a few people thought they were but aren't.? Yes, I was made a moderator so I could do this.

Third, you are signed in with the right email address, I hope!? Only? one I've got...

Fourth, you said you verified that the payment had taken place. Did you pay it or someone else? I paid.
Frankly, I am not 100% sure that this matters, except instructions say that you have to be a group Owner, or a Moderator with the "Billing" privilege.

What is the error message? When you check your transfer status, what does it say? (You could send a screenshot. Or give us the exact wording.

Go to the Yahoo transfer page at /yahootransfer
Select the transfer you want to check status on from "Existing Transfers" at lower right (i.e.: click on the name) This is not a displayed option.
The box at the top of the resulting page will tell you the status of that transfer. Don't get there!
Repeat for any other transfers you may have in progress. Only one.

I sent a message to support.? Though this is only for premium subscribers... they have the money, but I feel remarkably? "unpremium"? today.

Thanks again,

Dan
