This means that Groups.io has not received your invite yet and that you should send another one.

They will send you an email once they have received an invite.
I wish this were true, but it's probably too late to suggest such a tweak to the Easy Group Transfer process.
To be clear, will send you an email once they have accepted your invite. The only way to know if the Yahoo Groups invitation has gone out and been received by is to check your status page as noted above. At that point it will say "We have received your invite and will accept it soon..."
