If a topic has been moderated as described above then the option changes to Unmoderate this Topic. Once unmoderated the little set of scales beside the subject disappears.
That took care of the problem. Why a certain topic was changed to moderated I don't know. I do not have anyone else as a moderator at this time to have changed it.
I'll have to keep an eye on that. Thanks for the response.
