Did you pay for 1 year of premium? Did you double-check the transfer status? If you think you've requested a transfer and it's not complete, there's a problem with it. ?Go through the Detailed Instructions to find out where you're at, /g/GroupManagersForum/message/23597?

Go to the Yahoo transfer page at /yahootransfer
Select the transfer you want to check status on from "Existing Transfers" at lower right (click on its name)*
The box at the top of the resulting page will tell you the status of that transfer.
Repeat for any other transfers you may have in progress.
